Accounts Payable Specialist Functiedetails | Bureau Veritas

For our Finance Team we are looking for a new colleague who can join us in the role of Account Payable Specialist. In this role you are part of an enthusiastic and experienced team that looks after our account payable process for a range of entities in The Netherlands. Our team strives to achieve internal and external client satisfaction and works to ensure all delivered work is achieved in line with the expected quality and quantity.

• Processing supplier invoices, purchase orders and bank payments
• Preparation of monthly Accounts Payable reconciliations
• Controlling that all purchases are in line with the procurement process
• Contributing on special projects

• 2 years experience or suitable qualification in accounting
• Experience in ensuring accuracy and compliance of Accounts Payable with (tax) legislation
• Professional level (C1) written and spoken in English and Dutch
• Excel Skills and knowledge of finance systems
• Ability to perform and meet tight deadlines
• Ability to work accurately and with autonomy but equally as a member of a team
